There was a 2 inch hard plastic piece inside the bagel. Unsure if it was left there on purpose.

When I went to pick up order, Pick a Bagel said they hadn’t received order. Had to wait for order to be received, printed and made. Defeats the purpose of order in line. They say it’s a fax.

Better than I had hoped! Bagels were fresh and sliced and all "extras" needed for coffee, including a container of milk was provided. Everything was delish!

Perfect! l guess we possibly do not have croissant sandwiches in any other bagel shop. We can also have an iced espresso. It's impressive.

They did not slice bagels in half 2nd time as requested, but the delivery was 15min earlier and the bagels were fresh! Everyone was very happy.

It was beyond perfect. Mother is originally from NY. And bagels from this lovely area is totally different from Texas. If only I could get bagels shipped to Texas I would be beyond overjoyed. Absolutely wonderful!

Over easy eggs were perfectly cooked and delivered still runny. Tea was still piping hot. Delivery time was good. Order was slightly wrong, though. They forgot the ham.
